HIALEAH, FL – ASA College-Miami continues to show itself to be a premier destination for students to continue both their academic and athletic careers, proven by the school being selected as one the Next College Student Athlete's (NCSA) Colleges of the Month.

Every month, the NCSA selects and highlights outstanding college athletics programs at each division level that are utilizing NCSA's Recruit Match platform to draw interest from potential recruits.

Winners are selected each month based off which college has received the most favorites from NCSA users at each division level. When an NCSA user has favorited a college, it signifies their strong interest in that school and provides a snapshot of which athletic programs are staying active on the NCSA platform by drawing recruiting interest, logging profile views and messaging potential recruits.

ASA Miami was one of the five schools selected for the month of September – in addition to Xavier University (Div. I), Adams State University (Div. II), Crown College (Div. III), and Southwestern College (NAIA).

ASA College-Miami continues to hold the distinction of being the only two-year school in the state of Florida that offers football. Overall, ASA Miami offers eight total sports with 14 total teams – including men's lacrosse, which will play its inaugural season in spring 2020 and competitive cheer and dance, which will begin in winter 2019.
